금속, 광물, 화석 및 암석 편들을 위한 에폭시 수지 몰드를 아래와 같이 제작합니다:

- 진공챔버 내에서 공기제거된 후, 주입된 에폭시 수지에 의해서 몰드됨.
- 연구기관이 검증한 방법에 따른 완벽한 몰드의 제작.
_ 마무리 단계에서 Diamond Powder(1/2 또는 1/4 micron)로 편들을 광택.

GemTec has been manufacturing epoxy resin molds for metal, mineral grains and rock, fossil chips as follows:

- The metal, mineral grain and fossil, rock chip will be molded by the epoxy resin injected after the air in the grain or the chip is removed in the vacuum chamber.
- Manufacturing the complete molds according to the method veriifed by the research institute.
- Polishing the grain or the chip with diamond powder (1/2 or 1/4 micron) at the finishing stage.
